Terms of Service

By booking a session with VisaPic or using visapic.ae, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

VisaPic provides at-home and on-location photography for passports, visas, Emirates ID, headshots, and related documentation across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. We operate daily from 8:30am to 9:30pm.

2. Pricing & Payment

Base price: AED 250 per person in Dubai. Each additional person in the same session: +AED 100.
Travel fees: Sharjah +AED 50 · Ajman and Abu Dhabi +AED 100.
Price includes the session, 6 standard printed photos per person, and digital files. Extra sets of 6 prints: AED 25.
No advance payment required. Payment is made after the session — by card (POS machine), payment link, bank transfer, or cash.

3. 100% Acceptance Guarantee

Our guarantee: if any photo we produce is rejected by a government authority, embassy or official portal for a photo compliance reason (size, background, lighting, biometric standards, or stamp requirements), we will return, retake, and reprint your photos completely free of charge — no questions asked.

What the guarantee covers: photo specification compliance only. It does not cover rejections caused by application errors, expired documents, appearance changes after the session (new facial hair, hairstyle, glasses), or authority rules introduced after your photo was taken. Guarantee claims are honoured within the 6-month photo retention period.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. We aim to confirm within 15 minutes during business hours.
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge any time before the photographer departs for your location.
Urgent same-day slots are subject to availability — we keep daily capacity for emergencies but cannot guarantee it.

5. Your Session

We need a small clear space of approximately 2 × 1.5 metres. Our equipment is fully battery-powered and wireless — no plugs or power outlets needed.
An adult (18+) must be present throughout the session. Children are photographed only with a parent or guardian present.
Average arrival across Dubai is ~60 minutes, subject to traffic and booking volume.

6. Photographs & Data

Your photographs are retained for a maximum of 6 months for reprints and guarantee claims, then permanently deleted. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the session. We are not responsible for visa or application outcomes, government processing times, or decisions made by any authority.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
