Is there a travel fee for Dubai?

No — all Dubai areas are covered at no additional travel fee. The flat AED 250 fee includes travel to any Dubai community.

How long does it take to arrive?

For most Dubai areas, we aim to arrive within 60 minutes of your WhatsApp message. During peak times this may be slightly longer. We always confirm your arrival window upfront.

Do you cover gated communities?

Yes — we visit all gated communities including Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Meadows, Springs, and all villa communities. Just let us know the gate entry procedure when you book.

Can you come to my office?

Absolutely. We visit homes, offices, hotel rooms, and any other location in Dubai. Just give us the building name and area when you WhatsApp.

Are Sharjah and Ajman available on the same day?

Often yes — subject to availability. Please WhatsApp us directly to confirm. Sharjah and Ajman bookings typically have a slightly longer arrival window than central Dubai.

What hours do you operate?

We operate 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm. This includes weekends, UAE public holidays, and Ramadan. For very urgent requests outside these hours, WhatsApp us — we’ll try our best.
