Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use visapic.ae or book a photography session with VisaPic.
We keep your photographs for a maximum of 6 months after your session — so we can reprint or resend them if you need extra copies or a document is rejected. After 6 months, all your photos are permanently and completely deleted from our systems, including backups. We never use your photos for marketing, portfolios or social media without your explicit written consent.
We never sell, rent or share your personal information or photographs with third parties, except where required by UAE law.
We accept card payments (POS machine), payment links, bank transfers and cash. Card payments are processed by licensed UAE payment providers — we never store your full card details on our systems.
Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to book with us.
You may at any time request: a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or immediate deletion of your photos and data before the 6-month period ends. Just message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 351 4242 or email hi@visapic.ae — we action deletion requests within 48 hours.
We photograph children and newborns only with a parent or legal guardian present and consenting. Children's photos follow the same strict 6-month retention and deletion policy.
