  • Customer should be groomed (Haircut/Style, Manicure or shave) as per their personal preference. This cannot be done on edit.
  • Incase you are not happy with the picture taken please communicate during the session so we can adjust better. Refunds or Re-shoots will not be entertained after delivery.
  • All of our ID & Passport Photos are Bio-Metric and can not be edited.
  • Please let us know the purpose of your photo before we take it. This will help us ensure the right size and format.
